Company Director
Anthony (Tony) Ryder
Tony has worked in the construction industry since leaving college in 1982. Once leaving college he worked for various local sub contractors until he had the experience to set up his own company, A&J Masterbuild, on a sole trader basis in 1994. The company went from strength to strength and in 1997 the company was made limited.
Tony has always had an hands on approach to the company, so as well as appearing on site, he also oversees the procurement of all company projects. He has established a good working relationship with many of those in the construction industry and always ensures that all his customers, whether residential or commercial are treated with the same integrity which has been our policy from day one.
Site Foreman/Bricklayer
Andrew (Andy) Foster
Andy joined the company in 1997 and since then has played an integral role in its success.
He is a valued member of the team and has overseen many major contracts. He assists in the day to day running of our projects and ensures each one is carried out to a high standard.
Company Secretary
Audra Ryder
Audra joined the company in 1997, she has previous experience working in sales, debt recovery and reconciliation.
Once joining she took over the reins of invoice finance, administration, credit control and payroll.
During her time in this role she has implemented and trained in a new accounting system and has undoubtedly contributed to the growth of the company.
Media Manager
Yasmin Ryder
Yasmin Joined the company in 2020 as part of our rebrand. In 2016 she graduated from UWE Bristol with a BA(hons) and since has been working in Education.
She has always had a keen interest in digital media and is looking to pursue this field at postgraduate level.
